ValenTXT will never reveal your identity or phone number to any recipient of your anonymous messages. However, if a situation arises where we are required by law to co-operate with law enforcement agencies and provide service usage details, we will comply with such requests.

It is forbidden to use ValenTXT for any of the following purposes:

• Harassment, or the sending of offensive, abusive or defamatory communications
• Sending racially or religiously discriminatory communications
• The malicious impersonation or misrepresentation of any person, organisation or other group
• Any purpose illegal under UK law

Usage of ValenTXT is monitored for abuse. Infringement of these Conditions of Use may result in usage of the service being suspended or revoked, without refund.

ValenTXT will bill you £1.50 for each anonymous text you send through the service. This fee is billed when you receive the confirmation from ValenTXT via text, and will appear on your next phone bill. In addition, your operator may charge you their standard charge for one text message, dependent on your operator and your callplan. The recipient of your anonymous text message will not be charged for receiving the message.

ValenTXT will only send your anonymous text once the billed text receipt has been successfully delivered to your phone. If you are a prepay customer (i.e. you load credit onto your phone, rather than receive a monthly bill from your operator) please ensure you have sufficient credit to receive this billed text receipt, otherwise the service will not deliver your anonymous text.

ValenTXT will undertake to deliver all anonymous messages ordered through the service to their recipients on 14th February 2009.

ValenTXT uses high-quality UK-based SMS service providers to receive and deliver messages. However, delivery and receipt of text messages is not 100% reliable, and ValenTXT cannot take responsibility for messages not delivered or recieved due to faults or delays with the mobile operators' networks.

ValenTXT or its parent cannot be held responsible for the content of messages sent through this service. The content of messages is the sole responsibility of users of this service, who must agree to abide by these Conditions of Use, as a condition of usage of the service.

ValenTXT, it's parent and subsidiaries, cannot be held liable for any direct or consequential loss, damage or costs arising as a result of the usage of this service or website.
